March Mentor My Demo winner is Loven

Recently on the site we requested your help in supporting Loven & Abi in a competiton to get their new track 'Teardrops' remixed by Mentor from the BBC Asian network. Well it paid of, with your support and many others from across the UK they won the competition.

South London based Loven is no stranger to the stage, having performed at numerous London clubs and venues, he is now focused on creating mentally stimulating tracks that challenges the emotions as well as providing easy listening whilst giving us food for thought.

Loven’s featured track “Teardrops” does just that. Combined with the angelic vocals of Abi, Teardrops encapsulates the pain and suffering experienced by orphans in Sri Lanka as a result of the tsunami.

It opens eyes to realise the reality as featured in the Teardrops video. “Its love for the innocence of children who are victims in their own homes” states Loven aswel as “I don’t make music for your ears, I make it for your heart, for your mind, for your soul.

Music is my passion, without you it wouldn’t be heard, therefore it wouldn’t exist.”

Teardrops will be featured on Loven’s upcoming mix-album.
